During his life, he was the Leading All-Time Sire of Reining performers, siring both AQHA and NRHA World Champions. His offspring are known for being big stoppers, deadly leaded and nimble turners that can be found in the show pen with professionals, non-pros and youths alike. Beyond that, this great sire also passed on his affectionate and people-loving nature. Hollywood Dun It was inducted into the NRHA Hall of Fame in 2000. His first two foal crops earned more than $350,000. In 2003, he became the only horse with offspring earnings surpassing the $3 million mark. Then in 2004, he again made history when his offspring made him the first $4 million sire. In 2010, the Dun Its did it again, making him the second sire in NRHA history to exceed $6 million. Through 2011, Hollywood Dun It had sired 1,209 American Quarter Horses. In 2012 Hollywood Dun It was inducted into the American Quarter Horse Hall Of Fame.

Starlights Dun It is a great-granddaughter of the great Peppy San Badger, affectionately known as "Little Peppy". Peppy San Badger is from the renowned King Ranch. In 1977, Peppy San Badger won the NCHA Futurity. He followed that with a win in the NCHA Derby in 1978. In 1980, Little Peppy was also inducted into the NCHA Hall Of Fame. He topped off his victories by being named the 1980 Reserve World Champion and winning the Open Division of the 1981 NCHA Finals. Besides his accomplishments in Cutting competition, Little Peppy was, until recently, the All-Time Leading Sire of NCHA competition Cutting horses. His offspring have won in excess of $20,000,000.

Peppy San Badger's sire, Mr San Peppy, has an equally impressive list of accomplishments. Besides being a two-time National Cutting Horse Association Open World Champion in 1974 and 1976, Mr San Peppy also won the AQHA World Cutting Championship in 1976, becoming the first horse ever to win both titles in the same year. Then, in 1978, he became the first horse to ever win over $100,000 in open Cutting competition. The pinnacle of his career occurred in 1974 when he became the youngest horse ever to be inducted into the NCHA Hall Of Fame.
